Have you found the perfect outfit or accessory on our website? Of course, you want to receive it as soon as possible! That’s why we ensure that your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible.
To work as sustainably as we can and offer fair prices for our products, we have chosen to package goods in specific quantities. Once we reach our minimum order quantity, all items are shipped by our supplier in one batch. We hope you understand and support us in creating a better, more sustainable world!
Delivery
Below is the average delivery time for all our packages:
If your order is placed before 5:00 PM (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time, it will be processed the same day:
- Processing time: 1-2 business days (Mon-Sat)
- Delivery time: 5-8 business days (Mon-Sat)

Once your order is placed, you will be able to see when your package is expected to arrive after processing. You will receive a personal tracking number via email, allowing you to track your order through our Track & Trace service. Click on the link provided in the email to follow your package's journey.

Always Free Delivery
We cover the shipping costs. All orders are shipped free to your address, with no minimum order amount required.
Lost Package?
If your package is lost or cannot be delivered due to logistical reasons, we will always send you a replacement package before applying our refund and return policy.
Import Duties
In some cases, customs may inspect the package being delivered to you. Due to legal changes as of July 1, 2021, we have no control over this process. In rare cases, customs may charge a small import fee. However, this happens in only about 1% of cases. If import duties are applied, please feel free to contact us.
Non-Home Delivery or Postal Delivery
When a package is delivered to your home or to a post office, Celviera covers the delivery costs. If the package is not accepted or is not picked up from the post office, it will be automatically returned to the supplier, and we reserve the right to deduct £15 from the total amount.
Why Isn’t My Tracking Working?
In some cases, the shipping company may need 1-2 business days to update the location of packages. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding in such cases.
